One of the greatest joys in dealing with businesses and business people is watching them develop the understanding, knowledge and then the sheer joy of when a piece of the business puzzle works for them.
We have discovered that there are seven pillars of business success that all businesses need to have operating well in every aspect of their business.
The biggest challenge is that every business that we have interviewed is very good at only one (maybe two), and that is usually the physical “how to” of their business… what they actually DO to create revenue.
Which leaves a whole raft of critical information that businesses are unaware of or have ignored, which are certainly responsible for their lack of success in their business growth in this or any market.
As business people develop new skills and start to become aware what it takes to actually become a real business it is gratifying to see that they are prepared to make the effort and take the time to take their businesses to the next level.
