Despite all the current challenges that exist in the world today, for those who are passionate and determine there is always a way.
In business just as in life, the most adaptable will not only survive, but thrive and succeed in any environment despite what may be going on around them, physically, emotionally or financially.
The three most powerful pillars of success in ANY business, no matter what the size are:
- A robust and adaptable system.
Having been someone who rebelled against any system that came my way, I successfully generator the whole heap of failure pain and disappointment that I could ever hope to achieve.
And when I was truly successful, I discovered that a robust and adaptable system underpinned that success with a solid foundation.
If you haven’t got a system or a good system… then I passionately recommended that you take the time and develop a process that will support and leverage your future success.
- Transferable education.
I never truly understood what transferable education actually meant, until I found myself in a job that tapped into a wide variety of skills that I had learnt throughout my life.
I was amazed to realise that’s my public speaking skills, my ability to write, being passionate about customer service and genuinely wanting people to succeed were transferable skills that allowed me to create significant success in my chosen profession.
- Accountability (Watch this space for a future article)
Accountability is a very interesting and misunderstood concept.
I highly recommend that you find and digest the definition of accountability, but please understand that accountability is not just about your own accountability to yourself (even though this can be the most challenging), but being accountable to your friends, to your family, your staff, but most importantly to your clients.
